Tips to be Successful in Your Field

Every body is indulge in learning something. Some gets perfection in their field but some can't.   

Why a person can't gets the perfection in his/her learning field?

This quote of Zig Ziglar gives us the answer of this question. To be the best in our field we should learn it by our hurt. Only learning it is not important. The important thing is how much devotion we have to learn that skill. How much enthusiasm we have for learning that skill. 

Consider the following ideas for becoming more visible and successful:

• Read articles, books, journals, or any other material related to your field of expertise for one hour everyday.

• Ask questions to other people about your doubts and listen them well.

• Let people know what you do and what you are learning.

• Visualize yourself as the person you want to become.

• Listen to educational and motivational CDs while driving in your car or while going for a walk.

• Visit and join professional organizations where you can be the people of your field and can get the benefit from there company.

• Volunteer to be on a committee or support team.

• Join the membership of some professional groups from where you can update yourself by learning the latest innovations or information regarding your field.

• Be in the company of such persons who are motivated, positive, success oriented and who support you and your goals.

• Learn from the experience of other's as well as of yourself.

• Say yes when you are invited to participate in any quiz, meeting or to be a part of any panel discussion.

• Write articles to your organization or institute's newsletters to become better known and to establish yourself as an expert.

• Be friendly, helpful and professional at working place.

• Never take your mistakes negatively. Learn from every mistake.

• Never say no to hard work.

• Continue to set new goals.

You should always practice, learn, strive to improve, and challenge yourself to be the best in your field. Set the goals which excite you about your future. Never feel demotivated, do hard work and put your best to achieve your goals. Once you make your decision, you can move toward your goals. Set the highest goal as the saying-

"Shoot for the moon.  Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars."
